Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery times — they are working-day targets.
Handling Time
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days of payment. Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days.
If an item is temporarily out of stock (prints are made to order), we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date.
How We Ship
- Prints are sent flat in rigid cardboard mailers to prevent bending, protected with acid-free tissue paper.
- Original paintings are carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue and bubble wrap, then sent in a rigid box or reinforced cardboard packaging.
All orders include a thank-you card, print care instructions (for prints), and a Certificate of Authenticity (for originals).
Order Tracking
Orders sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked include a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Orders sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class are not tracked. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days, please contact us.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@nadiapoe.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
If your order has not arrived:
- 2nd Class: Allow up to 7 working days from dispatch before contacting us.
- 1st Class Tracked: Check your tracking link first. If the status shows delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days.
We will investigate with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement or refund.
