What We Sell
We sell original watercolour paintings and giclée fine art prints. All products are handmade and may have slight natural variations — this is a feature of handmade art, not a defect.
Placing an Order
- Add items to your basket and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your delivery and payment details.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed via Stripe.
- You will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that a binding contract has been formed between you and Nadia Poe.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if the item is no longer available, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
Prices and Payment
- All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
- Payment is taken at the time of ordering via Stripe (credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay).
- Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Delivery
Please see our Delivery Information page for full details on shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times.
Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, contact us at hello@nadiapoe.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Please see our Returns Policy page for full details, including conditions and exceptions.
Exceptions: The right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specifications (commissioned artwork).
Goods Description and Quality
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:
- As described — we take care to ensure our product descriptions and images are accurate. Colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays.
- Of satisfactory quality — free from defects and of a standard that a reasonable person would consider satisfactory.
- Fit for purpose — suitable for the purpose for which goods of that kind are usually supplied.
If goods do not meet these standards, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Our Liability
We are liable for any losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this contract, except where such losses are not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We are not liable for any losses that arise from events outside our reasonable control, including delays by Royal Mail or other carriers.
